Broadcasting & Indie Film Guidelines

Tiered Monetization & Access

Access to certain content, including detailed monetization strategies, is restricted to Tier 3 subscribers and available for a limited period of 6 months. Tier 3 participants gain exclusive access to revenue guidance, promotional strategies, and distribution advice for broadcasting and indie film projects. All monetization opportunities are governed by the terms outlined in your subscription agreement with Healthy Families First Broadcast & Media.

Liability Protection

All participants agree that Healthy Families First Broadcast & Media and The Cognitive Institute of Dallas, INC. are indemnified and held harmless against any claims, damages, or losses arising from use of content, participation in production, or broadcasting activities. Liability protection extends to intellectual property disputes, on-set incidents, and third-party claims. Participants are responsible for maintaining their own insurance coverage where appropriate.

Reputation Management & Non-Disparagement

Subscribers and collaborators may not post, communicate, or publish any statements—online or offline—that could be perceived as negative, disparaging, or defamatory toward our organization, staff, or services. This includes social media, forums, reviews, and public discussions. Reputation in the community is critical; violations may result in immediate suspension, loss of access, and legal action. Healthy Families First Broadcast & Media and The Cognitive Institute of Dallas, INC. reserve all rights to protect their reputation and take necessary legal measures in response to disparagement.

Community & Legal Compliance

Our nonprofit initiative emphasizes community education, digital inclusion, and indie film production. All content is legally sourced and responsibly linked. Subscribers must adhere to copyright, licensing, and broadcasting regulations. Legal compliance ensures protection for both our organization and contributors, and maintains a safe and equitable environment for all participants.

Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

All projects, scripts, recordings, and final products produced under the guidance or support of Healthy Families First Broadcast & Media and The Cognitive Institute of Dallas, INC. are the property of the organization unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Participants are granted limited use rights for personal promotion or educational purposes only, as defined in their contracts.
