1. Tiered Monetization

Healthy Families First Broadcast & Media offers tiered access, including the premium Tier 3 content. Tier 3 monetization rights are available for a maximum period of six months. After that period, all streaming and distribution rights revert entirely to Healthy Families First Broadcast & Media. By purchasing Tier 3, users agree to these time-limited terms and acknowledge our full ownership of the content at all times.

2. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

All content created, produced, or distributed through Healthy Families First Broadcast & Media remains the sole property of our organization. This includes films, videos, scripts, and associated materials. Contributors must secure written releases for talent, locations, music, and any third-party content. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Chain of title documentation is maintained for all projects.

3. Contracts & Agreements

All agreements, including employment, independent contractors, production deals, or talent releases, must be documented in writing. Healthy Families First Broadcast & Media reserves the right to enforce compliance with all contracts, and any informal verbal agreements are non-binding. Subscribers and collaborators acknowledge that full legal responsibility for contract compliance rests with them.

4. Liability Protection

All participants and subscribers are subject to Healthy Families First Broadcast & Media’s liability protections. Our organization carries Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance, production insurance, and general liability coverage. Any claims or disputes arising from participation in broadcasting or production services are governed by these protections. Participants are responsible for ensuring their own insurance coverage where applicable.

5. Reputation Management & Non-Disparagement

Subscribers and participants must not post, communicate, or publish any content that could be construed as negative, defamatory, or disparaging toward Healthy Families First Broadcast & Media, The Cognitive Institute of Dallas, or associated staff. Reputation within the community matters, and Healthy Families First Broadcast & Media reserves the right to enforce legal remedies if terms are violated, including arbitration or litigation. Maintaining a positive collaborative environment is required for continued access.

6. Broadcasting & FCC Compliance

All content broadcast by Healthy Families First Broadcast & Media complies with FCC regulations and broadcasting standards. Contributors acknowledge that failure to comply with applicable laws or licensing agreements may result in suspension or termination of access. By participating, users agree that Healthy Families First Broadcast & Media is not liable for any regulatory fines arising from their content submissions.

7. Refund & Payment Policy

All fees and subscriptions are non-refundable. Users are encouraged to review all terms and take advantage of trial periods before committing. This policy ensures uninterrupted service and supports our nonprofit mission of digital inclusion and community storytelling.

8. Arbitration & Legal Compliance

All disputes, claims, or disagreements related to participation, monetization, or content with Healthy Families First Broadcast & Media will be resolved through binding arbitration. Users agree that arbitration is the exclusive remedy and waive all rights to pursue claims in court. Terms are governed under the laws of the State of Texas unless otherwise specified.

9. Privacy & Data Handling

Healthy Families First Broadcast & Media does not store payment data directly. All transactions are processed through secure third-party providers. Personal information collected is used solely for service delivery, communication, and compliance purposes. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for privacy violations or misuse of our systems.
